About project

The media sculpture ‘Particles of Life’ is another joint work with our friend Mikhail Reva.

Located in the vertical space of the atrium of Odrex Medical House, the light-dynamic spatial structure depicts the cells in which life originates and pulsates.

Five lighting scenes are incorporated into the concept. They show their shape in different ways in the morning, afternoon and evening using internal 16-channel and external 12-channel individually controllable luminaires.

A separate aesthetic thrill is the moving lace of shadows)

Many modular stainless steel chains are deployed at different angles to reflect light from different light sources in as many different ways as possible.

The illumination is linked to human biological rhythms, so the designed content is made in colours that correspond to the time of day and have a beneficial effect on the activity of the body systems.
