VICTORY IN THE WORLD'S MOST IMPORTANT RESTAURANT AND BAR DESIGN COMPETITION

The SAMNA restaurant in Marbella won the most prestigious global restaurant and bar design competition, the Restaurant & Bar Design Award, for which our Expolight team created a comprehensive lighting solution for the establishment.

The Restaurant & Bar Design Award is one of the most influential international competitions in the field of restaurant and bar design. Winning this award is proof of global recognition of the high quality of conceptual design, architecture, and lighting.

We worked on the project with true professionals Vladimir Nepiyvoda, Dmitry Bonesco, Anna Krab, and their team of architects from YOD Group.

We enjoyed working on the complex and sophisticated design of the restaurant, which features unique ceramic columns, a wooden slatted ceiling, and deep textures of Scandinavian stone.

The key feature of our work here was the custom-made Expolight Instruments luminaires, which we developed specifically for this project. Special brass housings, an extremely narrow beam angle, and precise manual adjustment of brightness and dynamics all made the light invisible but perceptible. 

Control is carried out via Expolight Cloud Control from anywhere in the world. Biodynamic lighting has also been implemented, which changes throughout the day, supporting natural human rhythms and creating a harmonious atmosphere at different times of the day.

We are proud that the work of Ukrainian teams is gaining global recognition and winning awards, proving that our expertise, creativity, and professionalism are on par with the highest international standards.
