About project

We are interested in projects that have both technology and aesthetics. One of these is the new Topor Barbershop, located on the most famous artificial island in the world, Palm Jumeirah.

In this project, we took into account the important functions of interior lighting
-disclosure of volume and relief;
-strengthening the aesthetics of the entire design;
-emphasis on interesting details.

Especially for this object, 3 types of lamps were used, each of which grouped diffused light directed from the ceiling at four different angles, wide-angle diffused light from above, and diffused frontal light from the mirror.
We experimented selected power and adjusted them for a reason. It was important to implement the maximum volume so that everything was as visible as possible to the craftsman and the client during the work. Just diffused light makes the subject flat, and we made it so that there are no shadows, but we added a directional light that shows volume and relief, which is essential to see when creating a hairstyle.

 It was also equally important to highlight unusual interior features, such as the famous Bearbricks modern bears.

 All interior lighting elements are interconnected using our cloud server Expolight Cloud Control System, which allows you to configure automatic lighting scenarios and control them from anywhere in the world.

Three types of luminaires were used specifically for this facility, each grouped from the ceiling at four different angles to provide directional diffused light, wide-angle diffused light from above and diffused frontal light from a mirror.
