STUDENTS AND CUTTING-EDGE LIGHTING TECHNOLOGIES AT THE EXPOLIGHT OFFICE

It’s fundamentally important and valuable for us to support young people and create opportunities for their growth. That’s why we actively collaborate with universities, share our experience and knowledge, and give students a chance to feel like real professionals during our practical workshops.

Often, the most motivated and talented students continue their journey with us — taking internships and joining the Expolight team.

This time, we held a workshop on the application and use of top-tier lighting controllers for students of Dnipro State Technical University, inviting the best students from the specialties Electronics, Telecommunications and Radio Engineering, and Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electromechanics.

The students were divided into four teams of five participants each and, under the guidance of our specialists, gained valuable hands-on experience

• testing state-of-the-art lighting controllers and software
• assembling equipment and configuring systems
• experimenting with narrow light and its applications
• creating lighting scenarios and “illuminating” surfaces with different types of sources
• working with projection on volumetric forms and changing content in real time
• exploring optical light refraction using a caustic laser

We thank the students for their attentiveness, genuine interest, and courage to experiment — and the professors and university leadership for supporting such initiatives.

We’re happy to see young people discovering the world of modern lighting technologies, gaining experience, and boldly trying new ideas.
We’re glad to keep sharing light with the next generation!
