FORBES WROTE ABOUT OUR “POINT OF UNITY” FOR BURNING MAN

Burning Man is a world-renowned annual festival held in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada, where thousands of people from across the globe come together to build the temporary city of Black Rock City. It’s known for its monumental art installations, music, performances, and the symbolic burning of the "Burning Man" figure. The core values of the festival are radical self-expression, self-reliance, and environmental respect.

"The Point of Unity" — that’s the name I’ve given to this art sculpture. It’s a meditative installation that creates a moment of unity between sky and earth, human and nature, the present and the future.

The installation is built on optical effects that explore the behavior of light and its interaction with space. It metaphorically “roots” the sky into the ground — so that the sky is both above and beneath the person. This creates a state of wholeness that inspires artists and helps one feel part of something greater, infinite.

Everyone is invited to touch the essence — to become a part of the installation by immersing themselves in a play of reflections, sounds, and stars. By day, it mirrors the sky in the sand; by night, it opens a space for silence, awareness, and connection.
It’s perceived through sight, sound, and touch, allowing new dimensions of presence to emerge.

The Point of Unity reminds us that change in the world begins within us. In this sacred moment, we witness how the intangible becomes tangible — how the light descending from above takes form on Earth, and we find ourselves inside this unified process.
