Loft Egoist is a space in a large, dynamic city where you can plunge into an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and harmony with nature.
One of our main tasks was to emphasize the interesting texture of the old bricks of the facade while ensuring absolute light comfort for the residents. We used monochromatic warm white light and carefully adjusted the length, angles and brightness of the beams to create a gliding backlight effect. It clearly emphasizes the shape of the building, but does not penetrate the windows, thus not disturbing the comfort of the apartments.
In addition to façade lighting, we also work on illuminating landscaping. In addition, we are thinking of unique author's installations, for example, a light bonfire where residents of the complex will be able to relax to atmospheric relaxing music. Here we integrate hidden light that will be comfortable for the eyes, gently emphasizing the natural environment around the complex.
